Sanjay Mehandirata has spent his professional life in entertainment, education and business. Graduate from Delhi University, formative years exposed him to the world of entertainment, working before & behind camera with some legendary filmmakers of the country, thus providing him with an enviable & realistic understanding of business of entertainment. He has a huge international resource reservoir. He believes that responsibility of Rang Puhar is to add value to the communities in which it operates and improve the quality of life of the individuals by it's services.

Her first book of poems ‘Ahsaas’ was published before she turned 18. Noted Indian Ghazal singer Raj Kumar Rizvi rendered her lyrics in a successful music cassette. With her as creative head Rang Puhar has made big strides in realizing its objectives in the field of performing arts both at national and international level. She is the moving force in creating synergy between creative and administrative sections of Rang Puhar. Aided by her fertile creative mind Rang Puhar is destined to put Indian performing arts on world map by unearthing the hidden talent of India’s cultural diversity.

The guiding angel of Rang Puhar, Manju Bhardwaj is wife of a senior bureaucrat and honorary patron of the organization. It is her resourcefulness and great vision which has guided Rang Puhar to the height it has achieved so far. Extremely high spirited and a go getter she is determined to take Rang Puhar to where it belongs - the top at international level.

She coordinates Rang Puhar programmes especially taking care of participating artists’ needs painstakingly to ensure that they perform at their peak at international forums. A great help she takes care of detailed needs of participants both before and during international travel. Literally a globe trotter she has helped organize Rang Puhar’s groups to countries like Spain, Turkey, Taiwan and Canada etc.

Successfully completed 'Arangetram' in bharatnatyam in 1991. She has done BA & MA in the same from Gandharva University with distinction, the gold medal and stood first in entire Gujrat. She topped the medal tally in Mahanagar Palika Youth Festival, Gujrat, held by the Govt. of India in the year 1993-94. She has represented India in several International Festivals as a choreographer & as a student in various countries like Canada, Turkey, France, UK & the US. Has taken & represented India in the International festivals from 1998 in affiliation with Rang Puhar to Spain, Canada, Korea, Greece, USA & Malaysia. Choreographer of various shows, currently she runs an institute called Utkarsh Bharatnatyam Academy where she is passing the valuable Indian art to more than 200 students.
